Pizza Cook - Roey's : Job Details

We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated Pizza cooks to join our culinary team for our Roey's location! All interested applicants are encouraged to send their resume to [email protected]. The right person for the job will have a sense of urgency, great organizational skills, and experience making pizzas in a high volume atmosphere. Must have the ability to be flexible and constantly push to get the job done while producing quality products. Attention to detail is a must. Responsibilities:

• Preparation and set up of stations
• Overseeing the preparation and storage of pizza dough
• Making pizzas and leading the shift
• Expediting and handling special requests
• Following recipes and meeting standards
• Breaking down stations and creating prep lists for the next day.
• Organization of coolers and Walk in
• Maintaining Department of Health compliance in the kitchen
• Leadership experience in BOH operations a plus!
