Responsibilities Develops, plans and, schedules for Operations, supporting first-unit flow plans and documents Secures and coordinates information on manufacturing plans and schedules by working collaboratively across the business Assures planning data is properly maintained in Oracle systems and generates documents for Oracle input. Collects data in support of various performance metrics Analyzes support data (computer reports, drawings, bills of material, lead times, fixed order quantities, etc.) to establish Master Demand and Manufacturing Kit Release schedules to meet contractual end item delivery requirements Investigates the causes of schedule impacts and recommends corrective action(s), including analyzing the complexity of proposed engineering changes on Operations activities Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years' in a Production Control/Planning role. Minimum of 1 year experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system(s) Experience with event planning, production control/expediting, material planning, material handling, or production scheduling This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a US Person under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license). Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Preferred: Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office package Experience with production scheduling, i.e., batch-sizing, setup time vs. machine time, and workcenter capacity planning Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry Active security clearance Salary Range for a Planner II: $62,558 - $77,277 the Salary Range for a Planner III $81,300 - $100,430 (Lansdale, PA) annually. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
