DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and prioritize work requests into work orders and coordinate with Supervisors/Leads to determine accurate estimates of time for Operation/Facility Technicians, Equipment, Tool Usage, PIP, Capital/Non-Capital Projects, PM (Preventative Maintenance), Contractor/Outside Services, and Preflights.
- Work closely with Operations, Production Scheduling, and Maintenance personnel to coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance activities to ensure the continuous, optimal operation of facilities and equipment with minimal production downtime.
- Help translate department maintenance procedures into effective maintenance schedules integrated with production runs, shutdown activities, and resource availability.
- Assist the Maintenance department in developing and implementing maintenance programs including Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Spare Parts Inventory Control through the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (EAM).
- Collect and organize technical data from Maintenance personnel, equipment manufacturers, equipment users, contractors, and engineering personnel to aid supervisors in the execution of maintenance activities.
- Assist in developing department maintenance of SOPs and the translation of such SOP's into effective maintenance schedules.
- Provide routine reports of facilities and maintenance-related information to management.
- Manage the KPI's for reporting and analysis.
- Lead Global Maintenance teams on the development and optimization of PM's (preventative maintenance).
- Determine the scope of requirements on non-capital projects.
SKILLS:
- Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Must have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
