Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for creating and scheduling effective and efficient maintenance in MaintaintX, keep tracking inventory spare part list and reliability task plans that will include materials, labor, skills and tools necessary to complete the job(s). RESPONSIBILITIES: Safe ty First - Models the highest level of safety consciousness.Ensure compliance to all safety policies and procedures. Evaluate and coordinate PMs in JDE and MaintainXto determine all requirements needed gathering all information or tools necessary for the Mechanical to execute in a safe way an a proper manner the PM. Create task specific plans that detail the steps, sequence and estimate of time required, tools and parts to complete the scope of maintenance or reliability work. Identifies and documents the required skill sets to perform each step. Keep updated spare part list, including contacts, inventory and lead times. Responsible for maintaining / updating equipment files and equipment BOMs Creates purchase requisitions for non-stock items. Responsible for requesting all materials required to complete the work order and identifies requirements for specialty services to be performed by contractors. Set up TPM stations with correct tools and parts/supplies Create effective and efficient resource planning for department Supports the Maintenance leadership as needed with supporting Capex administration and execution. Review job plan and ensure proper safety procedures and resource availability are in place before work begins Ensures deadlines are meet for specialty services, calibrations and equipment. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related area preferred Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing environment. Maintenance planning and scheduling experience preferred.
