As a Planning & Scheduling Specialist, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers and within departments according to production schedules and internal/external customer needs. This role involves planning and scheduling material/production for instrumentation devices and parts kitting (Kits & OSP). Works with the sales and commercial team, regional personnel, and supply chain to translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) across multiple time horizons into physical orders, ensuring timely deliver to meet customer requirements. You will be in Materials and Production Planning Department based in Deer Park, TX.

As a Planning & Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Understanding business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast.

* Analyze incoming demand, identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy, and opportunities to utilize existing inventory for Legacy Instrumentation, Parts Kitting, and Parts OSP.

* Plan and schedule order timelines to align with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.

* Monitor levels of safety stock for internal and external demand.

* Manage master schedule for Instrumentation and Kitting production line, prepare and update production schedules, and support parts expediting.

* Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs to optimize inventory.

* Participate in Weekly/Monthly Pacing calls.

To be successful in this role you will:

* Have Associates' Degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience (2+ years' experience)

* Have experience in order management, scheduling, inventory optimization and management

* Have SAP knowledge and MRP functionality

* Have the ability to work with and influence stakeholders
