We are currently seeking a Planning Specialist to join our Inventory Management team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for purchasing and managing inventory for multiple business channels to meet strategic goals and objectives. The Specialist will support the Lead Analyst and/or the Planning Supervisor.

Location: 5650 Main Street, Manchester Center, Vermont.

Candidates who are residents of VT are eligible to enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, working onsite from our office in Manchester Center, Vermont, and at home. This hybrid position requires in-person work three days per week at 5650 Main Street, Manchester Center, Vermont. All candidates must be within a commutable distance to, and available to work from, our office in Manchester Center.

Key Responsibilities:

* Determine how to successfully manage inventory and departmental planning parameters to develop buy plans, place orders, and evaluate inventory position

* Develop strong partnerships with vendors to meet all business needs

* Maintain purchase orders and inventory information and reports to ensure timely delivery of merchandise

* Partner with the product team on product issues, history, size assortment, placement of product, and vendor concerns

What you bring:

* High school education is required

* Inventory planning, purchasing, or related experience preferred

* Basic knowledge of spreadsheeting, and Microsoft Suite

* Positive, team-oriented attitude

* Ability to prioritize work

* Flexible and able to make decisions quickly
