Plant Controller - O-I glass : Job Details

The Plant Controller is responsible for the accounting and internal controls in a plant environment. This position also supervises various financial transactions, administers the plant's cost control function, and coordinates the plant's forecasting and budgeting. The Plant Controller should have: Knowledge of controlling, including standard cost and manufacturing variance concept. Experience providing financial analysis and building business cases. Proven ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. A strong desire to work in a manufacturing environment. The Plant Controller will:Be responsible for planning functions including labor and financial budgeting and forecasting. Manage the balance sheet and P&L statement preparation. Supervise fixed assets of the facility. Execute monthly Sarbanes-Oxley requirements Ensure accurate reporting of Lean Six Sigma project savings Be part of the Plant Leadership Team and contribute to integral business decisions Qualifications.
