Plant Controller - Jefferson Wells : Job Details

Jefferson Wells is collaborating with our client in McHenry County to identify an exceptional Plant Controller.Summary of Duties:Responsible for providing daily analytical support, cost analysis, and key business decision activities to manufacturing and management. Provide data and analysis, designed to help target efforts. Analyze a variety of operational metrics, develop data modeling and maintain reports. Lead Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system initiatives and develop into subject matter expert. Assist in forecasting, observing results, identifying trends, and creating operational metrics as needed. The individual will assist in monitoring to assure consistency, accuracy and credibility of financial and manufacturing data.

• Hybrid(after 30 days)-Onsite 3 days per week

• Bachelors degree required
• 7+ years of experience at the plant level in a finance/accounting role, strong cost and inventory management.
• The most important items for this role are:
• Costing(standard costing)
• Inventory management/controls
• Margin analysis
