Job description Job description The Director- Business Controller is an essential member of the leadership team contributing to the development and execution of the business's annual strategic plan. This position is a senior staff-level role at a Business Unit and the individual will play a key role in guiding the strategic direction and leading the efficient execution of activities to profitably grow the business. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: • Drive the organization to achieve short- and long-term business objectives - Revenue growth, EBITDA growth, and working capital improvements • Coordinate and perform monthly closing, including all HFM updates. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, includes forecast updates and analysis of actual results vs. budget, forecast and prior year. • Manage and develop the local finance team • Support global subsidiaries to work through major issues related to the business or financial matters • Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements, includes forecast updates and analysis of actual results vs. budget, forecast and prior year. • Oversee SOX requirements and ensure audit compliance. • Administer processes to correctly record revenue and expenses in accordance with ASC606 and US GAAP. Ensure compliance to locate statutory accounting practices. • Prepare annual budget and strategic plan • Ensure the ERP and systems strategy meets the ongoing and long term needs of the business • Partner with product management and R&D leaders to drive improvements to the product life cycle planning and R&D investment strategy Required knowledge and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance. MBA / CPA / CM plus.
• Minimum seven to ten years accounting or finance experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be familiar with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally both locally and throughout the organization.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Intuitive, QuickBooks, Hyperion reporting and query writing skills preferred.
