This full-time Controller role is a part of our Bluffton Leadership team and reports to the Director Finance Operations with a dotted line report to Plant Manager.

Required experience:

• · Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• · Proven track record of outstanding decision making in a manufacturing setting.
• · Well-rounded financial expertise, balancing strategy and execution.
• · A people-oriented mindset, building trust and engagement across the organization.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

Preferred Experience:

· Experience in QAD and One Stream is a plus. (or similar integrated manufacturing system)

• · Experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• · 5-8 years as a controller or similar financial leadership position.
