- Interface with Engineering/Subject Matter Experts/Maintenance Services to coordinate the planning and implementation of new or revised Assets/Equipment and Periodic Maintenance.
- Interface with customers to ensure maintenance needs are met and obtain correct charge codes.
- Experience with Integrated Document Management System (IDMS).
Required Qualifications:
- Three years of work experience providing support and customer service in a business environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous work experience at the Hanford Site.
- Experience with Hanford Software Systems.
- Experience in the use of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), Job Control System or other CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management Systems) systems.
- Prior experience with Preventative Maintenance coordination, corrective maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Experience with Integrated Document Management System (IDMS).
