* BS degree in Engineering or related discipline.

* 5+ years of experience in operations leadership.

* Prior experience in managing direct reports, managing department budget and project management.

* Solid knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and processes.

Responsibilities:

* Managing direct reports at various levels of skill, technical expertise and from various functional areas.

* Influencing operations strategy.

* Managing operational processes and products to meet business demand and P&L for the plant.

* Manage multiple plant projects.
