Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for local HR topics centered on developing employee satisfaction and longevity/loyalty to the site to help minimize turnover and improve relationships with the employees

• Business Partner the Plant Manager and work functionally with SSC/CoE who will oversee payroll, benefits and some other administrative tasks – no direct reports or management

• Regular interactions with the employees to better understand and develop HR's influence at the site

Successful Candidate Profile

• 8+ years' experience of leading operational HR topics at the site level and also displaying a good knowledge of the automotive industry and its expectations

• Hands on mentality and proactive whereby they can autonomously lead on local HR activites and drive initiatives

• Good communicator both at the management and shopfloor level and is able to adapt and unite
