We are hiring a Plant Logistics Coordinator to oversee all outbound shipments and deliveries. Your responsibilities go beyond daily managementyou will play a key role in increasing efficiencies and implementing best practices. You will be working directly in the manufacturing plant. If you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and are coachable, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

• Oversee all interior material movements and outbound shipping
• Oversee and track all railroad inbound deliveries
• Identify potential shipment delays
• Oversee the entire plant truck fleet
• Oversee all the outbound materials staff
• Oversee truck and forklift maintenance for outbound equipment
• Coordinate with the field operations team for shipping orders
• Track shipping calendar with daily reports from field operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• CDL A license, preferred
• Flatbed experience, preferred
• Ability to operate a 20-ton forklift, preferred
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking
• Ability to lift/carry up to fifty (50) pounds
• Proven experience in the Microsoft Suite

Salary:

• $60,000 - $70,000/year
• Dependent upon experience
• Eligibility for performance bonuses

Schedule:

• Monday Friday
• 7 AM 5:30 PM
• Work schedule flexibility is required
