Plant Manager - Food Talent Solutions : Job Details

Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a repeat client looking for a Plant manager to oversee one of their newer facilities (built within the last 5 yrs). This client has a great reputation in the community and industry offering a stable environment and excellent long-term opportunity. This person will oversee the full end to end operations/P&L of the facility with little red tape, reporting into the CEO. Facility: 2 buildings ~75ee's total.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Prior food industry plant management.
• Preferably meat experience.
