• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, and 7+ years of successful managerial experience in a manufacturing environment or a combination of education and experience.

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Plant Manager to support a large manufacturing client in Fulton, KY. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing 7-14 supervisors who, in total, will manage a group of 100-300 employees across all departments in the plant. With that, they will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Our client has a commitment to a safe workplace, so we expect the Plant Manager to act as a role model on safety leadership, activities, and communication. They will support, establish, and maintain safety programs and policies, and educate associates about safety.
