Plant Manager - FPC of Savannah : Job Details

The Plant Manager is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities at the facility. This position will provide a high level of leadership for the employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development. Responsible for Operations, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Safety.

Position reports to a VP of Operations.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years in mfg, 3+ years in leadership
• Held a plant manager title (or equivalent) for at least 2 years
• Led a team of at least 100
• LSS training and practical application
• Prior work in food production fabrication
• US Citizen or green card holder
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Compensation

• $160k base + 20% bonus
