Job Description :

* Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of functional and operational managers or other professionals to ensure that the plant meets it's established targets and standards.

* Establish operating budget of the plant.

* Monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, priorities spending and achieve volume, quality and manufacturing standards.

* Set and monitor the performance of the plant against standards and targets in area such as manufacturing and administration efficiency,c.ost control, legal compliance and HR management.

* Develop and implement operating policies and procedures to ensure that the plant meets it current and future production targets and quality standards.

* Analyze , develop manufacturing capacity to ensure on time delivery.

* Lead HSE activities and drive 0 accident philosophy.

* Drive lean and continuous improvement culture in all areas.

* Assure collaboration between all local functions and interface to Business Units and support functions.

* Actively drive competitiveness of location e.g. by engaging in flagship activities, contributing to customer RFQs, smooth project launches.

Qualificationsarrow_right

* Bachelor Degree, Industrial or mechanical Engineering or comparable qualification.

* >10 years automotive experience, Operations Experience (Production Management / Quality preferred) .

* Analytical thinking and Method to analyze and solve problems

* Communication and presentation skills

* Leadership.
