Position Summary:

The Plant Manager, reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, will oversee all Conversion, Quality, Maintenance, and Distribution processes to meet production goals, ensure quality standards, and achieve KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure GMP adherence and maintain a safe, regulatory-compliant environment.
  • Leadership: Build a collaborative team, drive a culture of accountability, and develop talent with clear succession plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion lean methods, High-Performance Work Systems, and waste-reduction strategies.
  • Financial Management: Develop budgets, optimize resources, and track KPIs for safety, quality, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Foster relationships to enhance product quality and service levels.

Who You Are:

  • Proven leader with expertise in food and beverage or consumer packaged goods manufacturing operations, safety, quality, and lean principles.
  • Skilled in budgeting, P&L management, and driving cultural and operational improvements.
  • Strong communicator with experience managing high-performing teams and capital projects.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years in FDA or highly regulated manufacturing; food and beverage or consumer packaged goods highly preferred.
  • Expertise in Continuous Improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, TPM, 5S).

Compensation range: $140,000 - $170,000 + bonus

This compensation range is an estimate of the position's typical compensation range. Offers will be made at values based on individuals' experience, skills, educations, and abilities as well as both internal and external benchmarks.
