Plant operations include batching, order taking, dispatch, facilities management, and supervision of the following: ready-mix drivers, maintenance employees and yard personnel. The position will also involve working with dispatch and customers to provide superior product and customer service. This position reports to the North Regional Manager, not excluding those departmental managers in which this position is involved.
