Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and materials management.
• Develop and adjust production schedules to meet operational goals and resolve material or labor issues.
• Foster employee engagement, actively supporting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing costs, and achieving profitability targets.
• Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards, prioritizing employee well-being and product excellence.
• Lead and coach staff to achieve performance goals, providing mentorship to develop future leaders.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Metal Product Manufacturing operations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and modern manufacturing technologies, including ERP and MES systems.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and deliver cost-effective results.
