Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Oversee, optimize, and continuously improve production processes for a major US-based chemical manufacturing company.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including R&D, quality control, logistics, and supply chain — to meet strategic business objectives.

Ensure operations comply with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards while managing manufacturing costs and site overheads.

Demonstrate at least 10+ years of experience in fine chemicals and/or petrochemical manufacturing, with expertise in continuous and batch processes such as reaction engineering, distillation, crystallization, and more.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, complemented by certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO, or PMP.
