This leader ensures that their plant operations successfully meets targets and complies with standards. This leader will collaborate with the other plant functions to support plant operational needsOversee personnel activities, including hiring, talent selection, development, disciplinary actions, and evaluations for operational personnelDrive people engagement, safety performance, quality compliance, and product availability within the span of control.Ensure transparency on key production metrics and escalate issues when necessary.Partner with Plant Leadership Team to drive end to end process and capability improvement to deliver breakthrough results.Collaborates with plant leadership team to develop and deliver site people plan.Collaborates with plant leadership team to develop and deliver site improvement strategies (X-Matrix)Creates and sustains a high performing team by developing and mentoring others to build capability. Manage operations to achieve daily efficiencies in line with established standardsImplement standard work practices, adopting GME best practices and processesPrepare for plant operational audits by internal and external partiesCollaborates cross-functionally across the facility to deliver results (i.e., CI Leader, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and Quality)Ensures TRACC processes are implemented and sustained in area.Leverage digital tools, takes ownership of performance tracking, including coordinating and summarizing plant metrics and plans.As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, ensure consistency and standardization of best practices and tools.
