This company is seeking Air Separation (ASU) Plant Operators in several of their locations. In this role you will operate and control all the equipment used in an air separation plant and be accountable for the care and maintenance of plant instrumentation devices and equipment.They need mechanical and/or electrical candidates or someone with cryogenic experience who can maintain quality control and quality assurance equipment, including process analyzers and gas chromatographs, manual, pneumatic, electric and electronic measuring, recording, and regulating instrumentation. You will be expected to perform routine and non-routine analytical calibrations and adjustments.They need people who can work independently once trained and up to speed but they also want people with leadership experience, as you will assist in the training and development of other teammates when needed. Training will be on the job.You will be performing minor maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines, valves, motors, and other plant equipment, when required. They need someone who can read and interpret technical drawings and manuals and monitor water treatment systems.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within this company therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards always.This is a rotating 12-hour shift that is 4 days on 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off in all locations other than Hertford which has rotating day shift role.$26 - $30/hour, plus overtime built into schedule and additional overtime. Sign on bonus. UIG bonus that is paid twice a year that could be from 1 - 33% of pay. On top of this you also get profit sharing which is huge. Great benefits package
