Plant Operator - Florida Crystals Corporation - ASR Group : Job Details

Under the general supervision of the Shift Supervisor, this position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the facility in accordance with all federal and state requirements and company policies and standards. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Locally start, stop, regulate, monitor and control boilers, turbine generators, and all auxiliary equipment, normally through the local control stations. Operates and regenerates the water treatment plant equipment including filters, RO units, makeup de-mineralizers and return condensate polishers. Observes, records, and interprets indications from local instrumentation and control systems. Calculates, evaluates, and reports findings. Assists in the investigation of plant problems, incidents, accidents, unusual events, and provides analysis, recommendations, reports, and appropriate follow up plans.
