Job ID: 127420Location:Jemmal, TN, 5020As a Plant Recruiter, you will play a critical role in ensuring our workforce needs are met by effectively managing the recruitment process.Your Mission:Conduct full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboardingDesign and publish job advertisements tailored to attract the right candidates.Perform database and online searches to identify potential talent based on job specifications.Prepare, administer, and evaluate selection tests to ensure candidates meet job requirements.Review application documents, provide recommendations, and pre-select candidates.Collaborate with business units to define job specifications and align candidate profiles.Build and maintain a strong network in the Sfax and Mahdia regions to support large-scale hiring campaigns.Develop innovative strategies to source and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.Track and analyze recruitment KPIs using dashboards to improve efficiency and decision-making.Recommend actions based on insights from recruitment statistics to ensure staff availability.Keep hiring managers informed of recruitment progress and provide timely feedback.Prepare recruitment-related documentation, including contracts.Your Profile:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.Minimum of 2 years in an HR department, preferably with recruitment responsibilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong understanding of online recruitment platforms and social networks.Ability to develop and maintain professional networks in diverse regions.We are looking forward to your application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
