Plant Supervisor
Our client is a leading organization in the plastics manufacturing industry, known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and safety. They are currently seeking a dedicated Plant Supervisor to lead their production team to excellence.
The Plant Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong experience in plastics manufacturing, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Focus:
- Manage and coordinate daily plant operations, including production scheduling, equipment maintenance, and workforce management.
- Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety across the facility
- Oversee plastic molding and extrusion processes, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and adherence to production standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet or exceed product specifications and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and achieve efficiency targets.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare and present reports on production metrics, quality performance, and operational improvements to senior management.
Skill Set:
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in roles such as production supervisor, plant supervisor, or operations manager.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to be covered under the company's automobile insurance policy.
- In-depth knowledge of plastic molding and extrusion processes, including equipment, materials, and quality control practices.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies to ensure product excellence.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
