Job Responsibilities:

• Confirm areas of tool steel that will required EDM burning.

• Provide workable electrode designs.

• Create CNC programs for electrodes you designed.

• Ensure that electrodes are cut in a timely manner.

• Be able to provide shop floor with detailed burn sheets.

• Must be able to collaborate with edm operator and tool makers.

• Be able to perform work in quoted hours.

Job Qualifications:

• Proficient in 3D CAD software's, Cimatron or Visi preferred, Mastercam,Esprie

• Minium 5-7 years' experience programming CNC mills.

• Experienced in working with EDM sinkers and electrode designing.
