Hourly rate: upon experience ($20-$35/hr)

Job Duties:

• Setup and Operation: Installing and removing molds from machines, setting up the machine parameters, and ensuring proper operation to produce quality parts.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with the molding process, including material inconsistencies, equipment malfunctions, and human errors.
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on machines and molds to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Documentation: Keeping detailed records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production outputs.
• This role requires a strong understanding of plastic materials, molding processes, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
