**Pay Rate:**

_The pay rate for this job is $17 -_ _$17_ _/ hour_ _This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. **What you'll be doing as a Plastic Injection Molding Shift Supervisor:**

+ Work with production personal in an injection molding environment by providing required training and directives in co-ordination with plant manager to ensure the efficiency and quality of parts.

+ Coordinate with maintenance department to resolve issues

+ Responsible for planning, managing and maintaining inventories

+ Ensure quality standards of all related documentationFollow, train production personal and enforce all safety rules and regulations

+ Co-ordinate with plant manager

+ Assist in company goals

**Available shifts:**

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

**Job requirements:**

+ Basic understanding of injection molding and machines

+ Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics

+ Good leadership skills, organizational skills, and ability to work with and direct employees on a daily basis to achieve plant goals.

+ Background Check and Drug Test required
