Job Type Full-timeDescriptionALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. Starting Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 Per HourJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing first class service to casino guests with a primary focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining player loyalty while performing essential functions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Promote the Players Club benefits and promotions while maintaining the loyalty of existing players and creating loyalty for new players thru providing exceptional service. Must be courteous and professional at all times especially when interacting with casino staff and casino guests. Must be able to follow guidelines of Players Club incentives and promotions to encourage casino guests to sign up for Players Club. Primary role is to provide service to guests on the casino floor. When needed must be able to perform data entry on Players Club computer terminal while preparing and maintaining any required documentation for sign-ups. Present casino information in a helpful and friendly manner to casino guests. This information includes but is not limited to Players Club, casino amenities, promotions and events. Greet patrons and provide them with excellent customer service by serving soft drinks and coffee. Responsible for maintaining the soft drink/ice cream area; restocking and refilling the ice cream machine area; clean soft drink/ice cream area when necessary; must sanitize coke, coffee, and tea machine at night. Responsible for customer service bank; selling goods and tracking inventory.Take and deliver Bistro food orders for the patrons; responsible for the money transaction for the Bistro. Report directly to Casino Floor managers for requests and discrepancies. Sustain acceptable performance as set by management guidelines. Perform all other duties and projects as assigned by management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION: High school diploma or GED required. Typing 25+ WPM and intermediate computer skills required. Commitment to teamwork and disciplined prioritization. Must have basic math skills and cash handling skills. Ability to work any shift, start time, weekends and holidays.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Occasional lifting (up to 75lbs).WORKING CONDITIONS: Casino environment.
