Job Description :

Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required:- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)- Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram- Experience with PLC hardware and software platforms commonly used in the plastics industry(ex: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric)- Strong understanding of industrial automation principles and practices specific to plastics manufacturing processes withability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams related to plastics production equipment- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially in the context of plastics manufacturing environments- Effective communication and teamwork abilities- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment within the plastics industry is preferred- Experience with Raspberry Pi for automation or control applications is a plusSome Responsibilities Include: 1. Develop PLC programs based on project requirements and specifications for plastics manufacturing processes2. Design and implement control systems for automated machinery and processes within the plastics industry3. Configure and troubleshoot PLC hardware and software components specific to plastics production lines4. Conduct testing and debugging of PLC programs to ensure proper functionality in plastics manufacturing environments5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with other control systems and equipment used in plastics manufacturing6. Provide technical support and assistance to production and maintenance teams working with plastics processing equipment7. Document and maintain detailed records of PLC programs, configurations, and modifications for plastics manufacturing systems8.
