Job Overview:We are seeking a versatile PLC Programmer & Mechanical Technician to join our team. This dual-role position combines expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) with hands-on mechanical skills to support, maintain, and improve our production systems. Theideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial automation and have the mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair equipment.Responsibilities:

• PLC Programming & Automation:
• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automated equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot and modify existing PLC programs to improve system performance.
• Integrate and maintain control systems, including HMIs, sensors, and other components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve automation challenges.
• Ensure all control systems meet safety and compliance standards.
• Mechanical Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Perform mechanical diagnostics and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment longevity.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify mechanical improvements.
• Assist in equipment installations, alignments, and calibrations.
• Maintain detailed records of mechanical and PLC-related maintenance and updates.
