**Responsibilities:**- Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential properties- Identify and troubleshoot plumbing problems- Communicate effectively with customers to explain work procedures and offer recommendations- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time- Follow safety protocols and regulations- Keep work area clean and organized

**Requirements:**- Valid plumbing license- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing- Proficient in plumbing systems and equipment- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and collaboratively- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Salary Range:** $40,000 - $200,000 per year (commission only @ 24%).
