Primary Purpose

Under general supervision, maintain the flow and drainage of water, air and other gasses by assembling, installing and repairing pipes, fittings and plumbing fixtures district wide. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems in the district facilities.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

High school diploma or GED

Valid Texas Driver's License (must have less than 10 points)

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Must be able to pass drug test and background check

Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance and installation techniques

Knowledge of plumbing codes

Ability to diagnose and resolve problems

Ability to use hand and power tools

Experience:

Five years in maintenance field

Salary: AUX PG7/261 days

Starting: $47,840
