QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS

* 3 years, minimum, experience working in the plumbing, heating, and sprinkler industry

* Experience and knowledge of all types of plumbing, gas service, and repair/jobbing work

* You MUST be proficient at pipe cutting and threading

* Experience with New York City Plumbing code for High-End plumbing alteration work

* Experience with New York City Sprinkler code for new construction, repairs to existing systems, and FDNY Hydrostatic & Flow testing

* Highly qualified in all phases of roughing and finish plumbing work a must

* Experience installing packaged and sectional gas fired steam and hot water boilers

* Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and servicing gas boilers is a plus

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Swift and accurate execution of all tasks

* Exceptional customer service skills

* Clean/Valid Driver's License. Not currently suspended or revoked. Low/no points.
