Job Description:AP Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor for their Syracuse, NY, location. The plumber Plumbing Field Supervisor will oversee and manage our team of Plumbers in delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services to our clients. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday with weekend on call shifts as needed.Summary: For over 30 years, AP Plumbing has worked diligently to meet the plumbing needs of homeowners and businesses in the Rochester and Syracuse communities. • Lead and mentor the residential plumbing team for optimal performance and growth.

• Maintain 90% field presence, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Resolve customer escalations with professionalism.

• Promote a positive, accountable teamwork environment.

• Provide technical guidance and stay updated on industry trends.

• Conduct training sessions for skill enhancement.

• Implement quality measures and minimize rework.

• Maintain accurate records and enforce safety protocols.

• Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Responsible for performing other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with plumbing
• Valid driver's license / clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Management experience preferred

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $28-35. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
