**Plumbing Foreman**
Field San Antonio, Texas Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **$16-$26 DOE** Role and Responsibilities
* Must be self-motivated with little oversight, be a problem solver and be able to work with others
* Manage and lead coworkers on the job(s) daily to success
* Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, layouts, and specifications and apply them to the project (structural, architectural, civil, plumbing and cut sheets)
* Communicate with contractor/job superintendents for scheduling as well as maintain internal schedule
* Have experience and confidence installing & understanding boilers, water heaters, tankless water heater, return lines, sewer/storm ejectors systems
* Proficiency working with cast iron, copper piping, PVC, CPVC, Pro-Press/Mega-Press
* Do as well as manage clean quality work, maintain a clean workspace, take pride in the work completed
* Know the current codes for plumbing for USACE, and COSA including graywater piping
* Must be able to apply construction hours to a project in comparison to the estimate
* Keep track of Materials and Labor for Time and Material Projects
* Maintain and repair general plumbing components
* Repair and replace domestic hot water system pumps, sump pumps, and sewage pumps.
* Promote a safe work environment
* Ability to use iPad and or iPhone
* Ability to use PRO-Core and Plan Grid
* Willing to work in the elements
* Must Hold a current State of Texas Journeymans license
