Lead and Manage High-Impact Projects - Join Zapas Construction Corp as a Plumbing Project Manager!Job Title: Plumbing Project ManagerCompany Name: Zapas Construction CorpSalary: $110,000 - $140,000Full Job DescriptionZapas Construction Corp is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plumbing Project Manager to oversee and manage plumbing projects from preconstruction through final closeout. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with NYC codes and construction documents. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preconstruction Involvement: Participate in project planning and preconstruction activities to establish project goals and strategies.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
• Procurement: Source and manage procurement of all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies for project success.
• Documentation: Create, track, and manage RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and all correspondence with the project team.
• Deadline Management: Monitor project progress and ensure all deadlines are met, taking proactive steps to address delays or obstacles.
• Coordination: Work closely with field personnel to deliver on all project requirements, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
• Compliance: Ensure projects are executed in accordance with construction documents and adhere strictly to NYC plumbing codes.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Experience: Familiarity with plumbing systems is preferred but not required. Candidates with a strong background in project management are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Autodesk for project documentation and management.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project teams, clients, and field personnel.
• Leadership: A self-starter with the ability to lead a project and manage all associated responsibilities.
• Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in project planning, execution, and documentation.
