Job Title: Plumbing Project ManagerLocation:Mount Vernon, NYDescription:As a Plumbing Project Manager, reporting to the VP of Mechanical Operations, you will be responsible for managing commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion. You will handle estimates, procurement, scheduling, and communication with all stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:- Manage commercial plumbing projects ranging from $4 million to $40 million, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.- Prepare estimates, takeoffs, purchase materials, lease equipment, and schedule employees for project execution.- Work closely with clients, design professionals, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with client needs, industry standards, code requirements, and design intent.- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope of work to ensure proper execution.- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and city/county officials.- Review site conditions with field teams to address challenges in work delivery, equipment, and material logistics.- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to the project plans and specifications.- Ensure open communication with clients, adjusting schedules and manpower as necessary to meet project requirements.Requirements:- Minimum 10+ years of experience managing commercial plumbing projects.- Proven track record managing projects valued between $4 million and $40 million.- Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and schedules.- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.- Proficiency with Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in Navisworks and knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for BIM Coordination and modeling.- Professional certifications such as a Master Plumbing License and/or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related fields are preferred but not required.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.Compensation:- Salary range: $178,000 - $227,000, depending on experience.Application Process:Interested candidates should send their resume and project list to Alejandra at
