The right individual will be an experienced supervisor with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They should excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure. Must be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service. Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions. Able to work well in an environment of constant changes, and have a no excuses, make it happen attitude.Do NOT apply for this position if you do not work well under pressure.RequirementsPLUMBING FIELD SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of job site supervisor plumbing experience with residential/commercial new construction/renovation REQUIRED
• Minimum of 6 years plumbing experience
• Journeyman or Master Plumber ( preferred but not required )
• Able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions
• Must have hand tools and reliable transportation, clean background, and driver's license
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently

Salary Description $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
