PM Supervisor (NSD) - St John's Residence for Boys : Job Details

EDUCATION: Minimum HS Diploma or Equivalent w/some college preferred; 2 years of supervisory experience and experience with vulnerable youth in group setting; Congregate care experience is a plus. Valid NYS driver's license.EXPERIENCE: Must have professional experience working with troubled youth, preferably in congregate setting and demonstrated ability to lead a team, while ensuring compliance to program model and mandates.JOB SUMMARY: The Supervisor ensures the overall operation of the facility and compliance with the state, city and agency guidelines. The Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of all youth counselor staff and implements disciplinary measures as needed according to agency, ACS/OCFS and specific program policies and procedures.
