EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one to three years office and/or dispatching experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read; analyze; and interpret general business periodicals; professional journals; technical procedures; or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports; business correspondence; and procedure manuals.
