The Benbrook Police Department will conduct the Entrance Level Exam on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. Candidates successfully completing the examination will be placed on an eligibility list for the position of Police Officer. The eligibility list will remain active for one year from the date of the written exam unless exhausted. EXAMINATIONThe written examination will be held at the Benbrook Municipal Complex, 911 Winscott Road, Benbrook, TX 76126. Applicants will have 2.5 hours to complete the written examination. It will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions.Candidates passing the written exam portion of the exam will be directed to complete physical agility testing. The testing will be performed on a Concept 2 Rowing Machine. Certified Officers' beginning salary is $79,023.47 annually. A signing bonus of $5,000 is available to certified police officers.
