Responsibilities include:

• Receive, wash, and polish glassware, flatware and dishes
• Bring clean glassware, dishes and flatware to the storage station.
• Polish and restock stemware & flatware throughout service.
• Restocks dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils.
• Maintain workstation keeping a fast pace in a high volume environment
• Check and clean restrooms during service.

Requirements:

• Must have open availability and able to work flexible hours
• Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment and push, pull and lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail, motivated, and take good direction
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment
• Must be positive, honest, resourceful, polite, courteous, and presentable
