To apply for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year of Residential or Commercial Pool Cleaner experience. Willingness and ability to become a Certified Pool Operator (CPO). Proficiency with electronic communication and various devices. Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods, even in extreme temperatures. Comfortable and able to manage a workload of 8 - 12 pools per day. What We Offer: Competitive compensation with training pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour based on experience. What You'll Do: Remove debris from pool surfaces and floors, balance chemicals, and maintain pool equipment to the highest standards. Always maintain a professional attitude, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
