Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am).

* Grader:

* Tools used in this position will vary depending on the placement of the worker.

* Re-hangs the chicken on overhead shackles for aging and cut-up or bag fryers.

* Visually observes chicken for bruises, grades each chicken on the production line and re-hangs chickens separating them based on the overall quality of the chicken.

* Spice Blender:

* Responsible for mixing the spices used to brine mixtures and prep carts.

* Weigh and dump bags of spice using a small scoop for exact measures

* Monitor brine mixtures

* Record the addition of spice periodically throughout the shift.

* Injector Feeder:

* To load breast meat into the injector, ensuring all birds have been strung and necks removed. Must keep area clean at all times.

* Line Feeder:

* Load raw materials onto machines according to production specifications.

* Monitor machine performance and adjust feeding rates as needed.

* Maintain a steady flow of materials to prevent interruptions.

* Collaborate with machine operators to optimize production efficiency.

* Most positions require standing eight (8) hours or more on a concrete floor.

* Must be able to perform rapid and repetitive movement and grasping of the hand.

* Must be able to work in a cold, damp environment.

* Many positions required lifting up to 85 pounds on a frequent basis.

* Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check.
