A Sales Porter helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the service area/lot, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the service area, delivering vehicles to customers after service is complete, and transporting customers to/from their home when needed.Essential Functions

• Pick up from and deliver customers to desired locations
• Helps with pickup and delivery of customer units.
• Helps with overall cleanliness of facility and shop to include service drive facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.
• Moves vehicles around the facility as requested for customers dropping off and picking up their units.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Test drive cars as needed.
• Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state license.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Previous porter experience a plus.
• Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
