Role Summary:Quantum Signal AI is looking for a highly organized and analytical Portfolio & Strategy Engineer to join our project portfolio team to enhance our decision-making processes. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing new methods, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and strategic alignment across the organization. No two projects are the same and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to many different areas and learn new skills regularly.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communications abilities, and a proactive approach to problem solving. As this position requires close collaboration with our Ford colleagues, the hiring committee is comprised of Ford and QSAI staff.Location:This position is hybrid, with in-office days typically Tuesday-Thursday at the Research and Innovation Center in Dearborn, Michigan.What You'll Do:Implement new methods, processes, and tools to optimize our Research & Development portfolio for strategic decision-making.Develop and maintain a robust Jira structure to track the latest status of all R&D projects, ensuring consistent and accurate data.
