POS Inventory Coordinator - Monster Beverage 1990 Corporation : Job Details

Position Summary:

In the position of POS Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory adjustments, error queues,

and other issues are researched and reconciled to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy. Assist with receipt of

goods, generate inventory reports, and replenish all picking areas.

Essential Job Functions:

* Coordinate a cycle count program in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Accurately process, input, and maintain

control of material activity after manufacturing. Lead monthly physical inventory processes. Assist and investigate for

inventory discrepancies or corrections

* Process inventory orders, log items received, and items taken from inventory, and move product from the warehouse

to the required location, and vice versa.

* Validate non-Point of Sale (POS) freight inbound shipments for accuracy and quality assurance. Post Receipt of goods

(ROG) in SAP in a timely matter, provide ROG reports and material check list to multiple internal departments.

* Implement adequate controls and measures to ensure compliance First In First Out (FIFO)/First Expired First Out

(FEFO) policies

* Effectively communicating with various internal departments of any issues pertaining to receipt of goods.

* Monitor stock levels of pick areas. Assist with replenishing, pull downs, and opening security cages for order pickers.

* Assist with Quarterly Inventory Preparation

* Move/consolidate inventory from POS racks to improve the efficiency of the warehouse flow. Maintain smooth

inventory operations and efficiencies in the warehouse

Position Requirements:

* Prefer a bachelor's degree in the field of -- Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field of study

* Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in a inventory clerk role, procurement position or

related job

* Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in warehouse distribution

* Computer Skills Desired: Knowledge of Microsoft office. Intermediate user of SAP

* Preferred Certifications: Forklift Certification Preferred

* Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Understands Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) guidelines

Base Salary Pay: $15.00-$22.00
